Terms of Service

1. Services
WorldLink Technologies provides software development, design, and consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal document agreed upon by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code and assets produced under the engagement. WorldLink Technologies retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.
4. Limitation of Liability
WorldLink Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding 3 months.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in GTA, Canada.
